    Hi,

    To avoid the above problem, kindly check the following.

      Make sure you haven’t deactivated our plugins after completing the configuration. Deactivating and reactivating the plugin again will make the key go invalid.

      If you mistakenly deactivated the plugin, remove the old keys, and get the new keys from the salesforce.

    If the problem still persists after trying the above two steps, contact our support team through support[at]smackcoders[dot]com. Our technical team will help you.
