Cron does not work

Hi. I’m trying to get to work Cron.
/usr/bin/GET https://………ru/?es=cron&guid=XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-ХХХХХХ
When turned off the BPS plugin everything works well. And if you include the plugin doesn’t work, 403 error.
How to fix it?
