Cron Does Not Work

I am experiencing issues with the auto-feed updates for CTX Feed. I am using Plesk to manage my server, and all my cron jobs are configured to run from the server. While other cron jobs are executing without any issues, the CTX Feed is not automatically updating as expected.

To clarify:

• The feed generation works perfectly when run manually.
• I have verified that my PHP settings (e.g., timeouts, memory limits, etc.) are correctly configured.
• The website is hosted on a dedicated server, so there shouldn’t be any resource constraints.
• I am using Powered Cache plugin with Redis enabled and I have excluded both /wp-content/uploads/woo-feed/* and /wp-cron.php from cache
• I have other server side crons which run normally

Despite my efforts to troubleshoot, I have not been able to resolve the issue. Any help is appreciated.
