    Hi Team

    I’m trying to optimize cron jobs running on my website.

    members_admin_notifications_update : This cron is running continuously every 10 seconds. Can you please help understand what does it do?

    Also, if this is required or can be run once a day only?

    Hi @newbiedev

    This cron job checks if there are any Members updates and displays notifications in WordPress Dashboard. It is not required, so you can run it once a day.
