Cron import: Generate password for new users even if password column is empty

Hello again ??

I’ve got a little problem with the cron imports.
I don’t want the passwords of existing users to be overwritten or newly generated with an import. Therfor I just let the password column empty for that user. But if I’ve got a new user and the password column is empty, there is no password generated. It is just empty! Since you also check for users to delete which are not delievered anymore, wouldn’t it be possible to check for new users and generate a password for them even if the password column is empty?
