    I’ve been using ‘Email Subscribers & Newsletters’ for over a year and it is serving my needs.

    Today I tried sending out a newsletter via cron for the first time. I received an email to the admin account saying the job went through, however the ‘Reports’ from the plugin says it’s “in queue”. Did they get sent out?

    If they didn’t get sent out, is there a way I can force the newsletter to be sent out?

    One other situation… the email to the admin account says,
    “For more information, Login to your Dashboard and go to Sent Mails menu in Email Subscribers.”

    Where’s “Sent Mails”? I don’t have that.

    @nikana2000,

    Make sure you are using latest version 3.3.1.

    Have you configured a cron job? To send an email via Cron, you need to configure Cron job on your server. Steps to setup a cron are explained here.

    Sent Mails page is renamed as Reports. Go to Email Subscribers -> Reports to see details of sent emails.

    Go to Email Subscribers -> Settings -> Admin Tab -> Sent Report Content. Modify the content and replace ‘Sent Mails’ with ‘Reports’ to avoid confusion.

    Hello Icegram,
    – I do have the latest version 3.3.1

    – I have set up the Cron job,… but thank you for the information as I needed to change some variables.

    If I delete a ‘report’ that is “in queue”, does that delete the job? (Better UI clarity around this would be helpful.)

    I’d also like to suggest the admin email does not get sent out unless the cron job has been done. It’s quite confusing.

    Keep up the good work.

    Yes, it will delete the job provided emails have not started getting sent out.

    We’ll consider about it.

    Keep up the good work.
