    Hello,
I was using this plugin for a testing period so that if it worked well, then I would buy CyberSeo version. But now I have a critical problem with using this plugin.

When this plugins is active, if I set feed crawler to “Auto”, then the plugin retrieves feeds selected but it conflicts with auto-publishing plugins that I use to publish WP posts to FB and other social media. In this case auto-publishing plugin publishes hundreds of unposted and none-existing posts to social media( even my FB page was blocked for misusing too fast). All of auto published posts on FB page are “not found” posts which never have been posted to my site. But they are just posted on the external site(external feed url) only.

If I set the settings of this plugin to “by cron job or manually”, then my auto publishing plugin work smoothly but Cybersyn stops retrieving feeds automatically. In fact, cron dose not work in this case and I have to pull the feeds manually.

The cron job setting for Cybersyn in my CPanel according to the instructions is:
    0 * * * * /usr/bin/curl –silent https://mysite.net/?pull-feeds=0dcae11c8610b2cb21f48c193153d0c6

I have also changed cron setting to “Every minute”(* * * * *) but none of them worked.

Worth saying, the Cron job is also working well on another apps that I have created cron job commends for calling them.

Also I have changed three auto-publishing tools but this problem existed with all of them similarly.

Please help me if this issue is resolvable.

    Thanks in advance

In adition to issues detailed above, I have found that when it is set to “cron and manually” and I pull the feeds manually, there are many posts auto published on FB page that only one of them is posted on my site. Others are part of external site(external feed url). In the database there is just one post(because in the feed number setting I have identified 1 feed). On FB page there are more and many posts with wrong ids and images that attribute to my site but all of them are not found posts! They have none existing ids and exist on external site(external feed).

This is so strange that is killing me.

Is’nt there any body to respond about this issue?
    Or
is there anyone experienced this problem?and
anyone who has a solution is appreciated.

I have the same Issue on my site https://www.suedpfalzinfo.de

Seems the problem is in your cron settings. You can easily check it. Open this link in the browser: https://mysite.net/?pull-feeds=0dcae11c8610b2cb21f48c193153d0c6

If feed was pulled, then everything is ok on CyberSyn side, because the only thing that your cron should do is to simulate a click on the mentioned URL. I suggest you to contact your host admin and as why server cron doesn’t work.

    Hi, I have similar problem.
When opening the pull-feeds link I receive 404 and the feed is not pulled.
Cron is also working because I receive email confirmation with 404 page attached.

No option for me for manual pulling, because of duplicates – I read on some other topic that when post duplicates happen, then I should use cron.

    What could be done here?
    Thanks

Sorry, but I can’t help you with making your own cron to work correctly. Try to learn it (there are many articles in the Net about it) or ask your host admin to do it for you.

Three is nothing wrong with my cron . It is set correctly. The problem is that the URL does not initiate the pull-feed.

It does. You can open that URL in the browser and all the feeds with a label “asap” will be pulled. And please don’t even argue about it. This feature works since 2006 on thousands of sites.

So I see that now you explained how it works.
I come to the conclusion, that both cron and script works ok, and the only missing point was “asap” label.
