    Hi @kryoz507,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The issue you’re experiencing with the cron reschedule event error for the hook elementor_1_elementor_updater_cron is indeed something that has been noted by others.

The error message indicates that the event schedule does not exist, which suggests there may be a problem with the cron schedule registration.

To resolve this issue, you can try the following steps:

    1. Deactivate and Reactivate Elementor: Sometimes, simply deactivating and reactivating the plugin can reset the cron schedules.
    2. Clear Your Site’s Cache: Make sure to clear any caching plugins you may be using, as well as any server-side cache.
    3. Check for Conflicts: Disable other plugins one by one to see if there is a conflict causing this issue.
    4. Contact Elementor Support: If you have the Pro version and the above steps do not resolve the issue, it would be best to contact Elementor’s support team directly for further assistance.
    5. Reach out to our developers on GitHub: If you only have the Elementor Core plugin and the above steps do not resolve the issue, you can contact our developers directly on GitHub for more specialized assistance: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/new/choose.

I hope one of these solutions helps resolve the problem. If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please let us know.

    Hello,

About reporting on GitHub, I recommend the following video: (1) AMA with Nicholas Zein – Suggesting Ideas and Reporting Bugs – YouTube

elementor_1_elementor_updater_cron does not exist in Elementor Core and can may be created by third party plugin or code or custom. Anyway I will try to help you.

According to your message, it is not clear to me if I verify a plugin conflict.

Here are a few steps that we can start with to troubleshoot this issue:

1.But you should make sure that Elementor Core, is updated to the latest version.?

      2. Another suggestion to fix your issue is to use a plugin like “WP Optimize” or “Transients Manager” to clean up WordPress transients. Sometimes, old transients can cause issues with scheduled events.

      3. You can use the “WP Crontrol” plugin to manage and reschedule WordPress cron events. This plugin allows you to view, edit, delete, and add cron events.

      • Install and activate the “WP Crontrol” plugin.
      • Navigate to Tools > Cron Events.
      • Find the elementor_1_elementor_updater_cron event and manually reschedule it.

Please let me know if the problem persists after trying these steps, or if you’re unable to carry out any of them. It would also be helpful if you could provide any error messages you’ve seen, or describe in more detail what happens when you try to view your changes live.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work through this. I’m confident we can get your Elementor builder back to normal functionality.
