CRON Scheduled Actions

    Hi!
    My hosting has some problems with CRON working properly and I’m trying to set up sending notifications in some other way.
    Can you please tell me if the plugin has an alternative mechanism for sending notifications:

    • direct request to script. For example, I could set a url to this script in the scheduler and it would be executed at a certain interval. (example of how it is on my hosting https://www.ps.kz/upload/content/84/2.png);
    • some kind of action or filter that can be used to send notifications

    Right now my scheduled actions hang in “pending” status and don’t run https://i.vgy.me/ZkAWnX.jpg
