Cron sending emails when not told to.

    I woke up this morning only to find that Cron had published/sent out 3 articles to 204 recipients. However, I have not published anything since December 16, 2021, nor have I gone into my plugins or settings and made any changes. Why change anything when it isn’t broken! The version is the latest version, Email Subscribers 5.3.2.

    Needless to say, I am not happy and have now turned on the “Disable WordPress Cron” option. Hopefully there will not be any more emails sent out unless I authorize them myself.
