Hey all. Sometimes when I log onto my site, it is all crooked. All of the stuff that is usually running down the right side (the blogroll, links, feaatures) isn’t even there anymore, and everything running down the site is crooked. And then it somehow just corrects itself later that day.

Any idea what this is? How we can correct it? Prevent it from happening again?

BEFORE 1. Validate, validate, validate. This insures that display issues are not related to validation errors. Currently, youve got this going on:

    thats a mess.

    1. Dont copy posts from MS Word into your blog.
    2. Dont post images that are too wide for your fixed width content area into your blog.
    3. Be aware that IE handles italicized text slightly different than regular text. Large blocks of italicized text can cause issues.

Lastly, there are thousands of threads on here that adress this exact issue (dropped sidebar, fallen sidebar, etc..) Search.

Your site is “broke’ right this second in ie, and im guessing that top post is why. That looks like a copy and paste job to me.

    HTH and Good luck!

youve also got a block of something in white thats too wide for your sidebar.

To quote a movie I absolutely adore, “It’s a space thing”. You need to work with what you have ??

    youre welcome ??

Im so excited I found a use for that quote!!
