crop problem with thumbnail gallery

    Hello,
    I’m using photo gallery with wordpress but I’m facing a major problem :
    when I want to insert a thumbnail gallery, the images are always cropped. Sometimes they are okay when I refresh the page but most of the time we can only see half of them.
    Could you help me with that ?

    I also have this problem https://prnt.sc/mqoi2o.

    Plug-in is all good after testing most of the features but this.
    Maybe it has something to do with my cache plug-in. Thumbnails will only display correctly if you refresh or click one of the gallery photos.

    Any idea how to fix this?
