Crop thumbnails

Hi,

I installed grandfla gallery, the only litle problem is that te thumnails image are crop, just crop one part of the image and not resize all the image this look not nice…
I tried to regeneerate thumbnails like they said here:

but nothing happend…i tried different size and nothing…
