Cropped in the backend but not in the front-end

did you turned Jetpack kompletely off?
I think my plugin wont work with Jetpack. Dont know much about Jetpack, but it seems to copy the files to a cdn – my plugin wont work this way.

But if you crop

with the dimensions 1180×435 the resulting image

should be updating.

Did any error is shown up on the Browser-Developers-Console (any Javascript error)?

I turned off Jetpack completely but there’s no difference. Although, clicking on the second image link you posted sends me to a Page Not Found.

so please re-crop the image size and check if the image exists after.

I did and there’s still no change. The featured image still ignores the crop I made through your plugin and there is no image to be found when clicking on https://ps29pta.org/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/pta-lunch-volunteer-1180×435.jpg
