Cropping error

Hi, I am using the Hemingway template and I want to insert a header. I make a header with the right pixels 1280×416 an insert it but it doesnt take the right size. and I get every time an error when I want to crop it. “Errorbanner-png.pngThere has been an error cropping your image.”
