Cropping Header Images

  • Whenever I upload a photo to be used as the header and I try and move the crop box to a different part of the photo is brings up an error message ‘There has been an error cropping your image.’ It doesn’t say to try again or why there was an error.

    Just wondering if anyone has had the same issue? I’ve tried uploading jpg and png and it’s making no difference…

    Hello,
    I’ve been trying to recreate the issue, but everything seems to be working just fine for me. Which version of coeur are you using?
    If not 2.0.3 please update to the latest version. If you are already using Coeur 2.0.3 please try do reinstall the theme.

    Hi, I’m using 2.0.3 and I just did an update of all my plug-ins and other themes – still no luck.

    I tried re-installing Coeur twice and it hasn’t helped and I also tried working on it in Safari instead of Google Chrome…I don’t know what else to do!

    It just keeps coming up with the red error box every time saying it can’t be cropped.
