Cropping Images for Featured Links & Header

  • Hello,

    Nice theme.

    I think there is something wrong with the crop tool for featured links. I know you want 600 x 340. But even when my image is well within those sizes, once I click crop it tells me There has been an error cropping your image. It did work for the chocolate brownies one, but not the others!

    Now they are all different sizes and it looks messy.

    Also: would like to limit 500px height of header to about 350px if you can give me css.

    At first, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    1. In most cases the image crop issue is related to the server-side or PHP version you have. For testing, please temporarily install/activate the Worpdress default theme and try to crop images.
    2. Unfortunately we can’t give the CSS of the functionality which is included in the pro version of the theme, hope you can understand.

    I have several blogs, and I have no problem cropping in any of them.

    My problem is only cropping images in your theme, for your featured links. Sometimes your suggested outline to crop appears, but usually it doesn’t. I just get this error: There has been an error cropping your image.

    This happens with any size image.

    Will you be fixing this glitch, or do you have a workaround?
