Cropping not working

    Hey, images aren’t cropping on my site, https://reswpthemes.com, and I can’t work out why. I have a slider image size set to 960 x 400, and the slider images are re-sizing to 960 wide, but not to 400 high. Instead, they are going in at 100% height and look wrong.

    Also, some of the thumbnails are appearing too big.

    I’ve tried deactivating all my plugins and the problem persisted. I’ve also tried regenerating my thumbs several times with various plugins.

    PS Please don’t ask me to go to the MyThemeShop support forum, as I’ve asked there but apparently the theme is setup correctly and it’s a WordPress problem.

  • Do you have the same problem in twentytwelve with all plugins deactivated?

    I switched to 2012, but then I wasn’t sure how to test it, as it’s mainly the slider images which are the problem.
