Cropping png thumbs to non square!!!

    Hey PI

    I call country categories using a snippet that works flawless. It dispays categories as flag icons.

    I was on a local install, everything worked

    I migrated to public server and thumbs are now crop’ed in landscape. (Bottom of page)

    I tried regenerating in Perfect Images. Same problem.

    I installed Regenrate Thumbnails plugin. Problem was fixed.

    I then reinstalled Perfect Images and made a new regenerate all and the problem returned. Why does it crop and pass these freek icons?

    I will leave the eroneous icons for 12 hours and then regenerate to fix in the other plugin.

    Please advise how to work around this. Delete your plugin or…..

    I have regenerated thumbs in other plugin and will no longer regenerate all using Perfect Images, until there is a solution.

    Meanwhile here is a freeze frame of the issue and how it is supposed to look.

    When Perfect Images generates thumbnails, it does so according to the different sizes enabled in its dashboard. Could you ensure that these sizes match your expectations (same width and height to form a square)? If these are custom sizes, also make sure that you selected “no crop” to maintain the correct aspect ratio.

    Would you mind sharing these sizes with me, along with the original sizes of your image, so I can try to replicate the issue if there is one? Thank you for your cooperation.

    Same problem persists. Cropped icon is 256×150. I think original is 256×256. I don’t know where I can select no crop?

    General settings

    Same for Retina and webp. None of those were active before.

    My CDN and Registrar is Cloudflare. Can you confirm since CF is both I should not enter a CDN…

    WP / LR:

    • Does it work for multi user? – I install on WP, I can manage my images and other users based on user role can manage their images. Fx their portfolio of images on the site.
    • Can I restrict access to certain user, fx Store Vendor, Editor, Photographer, Admin?
    • Would you sponsor lifetime 5 sites for me, if I promote the plugin to Lightroom user on my site?
    • Can you confirm it works for LrC on computer, both Mac and PC?
    • Do you know if you can sync LR edits on mobile to LrC and from there sync to WP? (A workaround so to speak.)
