Cropping size?

I have a problem with cropping in your gallery.
I need cropped photos in size ca. 245px x 165px, but your cropping’s function crops to square and I get expanded thumbs.
How do I change image.php file and corpping’s function to get normal photos with these constraints.
Can sb help me?
