• This is driving me a little nuts. All the text on my wordpress theme on the safari browser is a fraction of a centimeter lower compared to when I open it with Firefox. I’m thinking it’s a CSS positioning issue but I’m lost. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Any ideas?

  • Both of these browsers are standards-compliant (more or less) so they should work the same way. Compatibility issues are very common. I suggest that if the aberration is small, none of your visitors will notice unless they are frenetic enough to check your site on multiple browsers. So “fixing” it may be more trouble than it is worth. Still, if you think it makes a difference to the visitor experience, you should post your URL.

I’m working on a local server. Thanks though. I’ll let it go for now. You’re right, I’m just being anal.
