Cross origin error when trying to insert page or block

  • Hello there,

    I didn’t have any problem inserting Pages/Blocks before, but today I started getting

    Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://my.elementor.com/connect/v1/library?action=authorize&response_type=code....' (redirected from '.../wp-admin/admin-ajax.php') from origin '...' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: Redirect is not allowed for a preflight request.

    while the modal gallery of templates is stuck on Loading.

    Tried adding required headers X-Frame-Options and the other Allow CORS headers but did not help.

    Disabled suspicious plugins but did not help.

    Any ideas?
