We would like to show a pop up after 30 seconds visit.
No matter via which page the visitor came to the website, no matter on which page he is after 30 seconds. So the counter should continue counting even if the visitors navigates to another page on the website. According to my tests, it seems that the counter starts from 0 upon each click…

    Thanks!

Yes, you can do this quickly and easily using the Auto Open Trigger.

Don’t set any Conditions or Cookies, and you’re good-to-go!

Hope that helps! Let us know if you have any other questions or issues, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

    Hi Walter,

    Thanks for your swift reply!

I did that, but now the popup appears again and again after 10 seconds on a page… I would like to see the pop up once, after 10 seconds on the site. For example, the visitor is:
    – 3 seconds on page 1
    – 6 seconds on page 2
    – after 1 second on page 3, the pop up should appear (3+6+1 = 10 seconds)
    – user closes pop up, goes to other pages => pop up does not appear again
The popup might appear again after for example 24 hours or 1 week or…

    Is that possible? Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Jurgen

Apologies, I thought that’s how you wanted it. Unfortunately, you can’t do “10 seconds on site” as popups are loaded when the page loads – not sure you’ll be able to find that functionality anywhere just because of the way the websites work.

If you don’t want the popup to spam your users, use Cookies.

    Hope that helps!
