Cross sell max items per product

Hi, I am wondering if Booster has the ability to add a cross sell or add on item with limits determined on the main SKU selected.

Ie, sell Necklace sku 1 and add crossell item type max of 3
Sell necklace sku 2 and add crossell item type max of 1

But the cross sell items are not permitted to be sold separately and only sold when selected as a cross sell item in original sale.
