Cross Sell Product on cart page with DISCOUNT!

Hi,

is it possible to set up a croll sell product for a sale price that shows up on the cart page?

Let’s say I sell two products.
You can buy each product for the regular price.
If you add one product to the cart, there is a cross sell option to buy the other product for a discount rate of 15% (for example).
Can I set this up in woocommerce?
The discount is only available for the second product if both products are purchased! Like some kind of a bundled price!
If the customer deletes the first product from the cart later, the discount for the second product should not be applied any longer.
Is this possible?
