Cross site anchor tags occasionally working

While using a cross site anchor tag to a page with a BEAF slider the anchor tags only work for two of the tags and not the other three. I believe this plugin causes the issue as I uninstalled the plugin and it starts to work again. Along with this I tried deleting ever instance of e.preventDefualt() in the plugin which broke the slider but also fixed the cross site anchors. If I open the link in incognito the bug does not occur. Opening in a new tab works once then does not work for repeated attempts until a hard refresh. Moving between anchors on the same page works perfectly.

If you go to the page link I included scroll to the “Our Services” section of the home page. The first two cross site anchor links, House and Roof, work properly. The rest starting at deck washing forward do not properly work. You’ll notice the link either goes straight to the bottom or significantly below the anchor ID. If this seems like an issue on my end then I will continue to look for a workaround.
