    Hi,
I have this problem: a link always appears crossed out to me even if I have corrected it and it is ok on the dashboard. How to solve? I have already tried clearing the cache. Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @marilenap85

    I hope you’re well today!

By “crossed out” you mean it’s marked as “broken” on “Tools -> Broken Links” page, right?

If yes, could you please tell me:

    – what’s the link in question?
    – if it’s on your site, where exactly can I find it there?
    – what status (e.g. 404 or some other) Broken Link Checker reports for that link?

    Best regards,
    Adam

No, the problem is this: the link initially did not work, I fixed it and now from Tools I see “Ok”, in green. Instead on the site I see the crossed out inscription: you can also see. If you are looking for a blue strip with a yellow button, you will see the word “Subscribe”: the one is crossed out, even the plugin tells me that the link is ok.
In addition, I inserted the same link elsewhere on the site and everything is ok there.
    The link is this: https://docs.google.com/forms/u/2/d/e/1FAIpQLSdNCPRgBnO6T1h5z_S8_ky_AyMieGNrPjsp9CslADcehmsVxw/viewform?usp=sf_link
    The page is successfully loaded.
    P.S.: Sorry for my english.

    Hello @marilenap85 ,

It looks like this link has still added a class “broken_link”. Do you have access to the button and you can edit it? Can you check the source code in the editor (or page builder) if that class is not there (I mean if it is not hardcoded)?

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hi Kasia,
unfortunately I don’t have access to the button to modify it because the plugin tells me that there are no broken links.
Since I don’t know how to work on the source code, I deactivated the option that shows broken links as strikethrough. This way I see the link correctly.
    Thanks.

    Hello @marilenap85

    I hope you’re doing well!

Just in case you will get access to edit the front end page, please edit the button, and remove the CSS class broken_link. For now, I’ve marked this ticket as resolved. If you do have any followup questions or require further assistance feel free to reopen it and let us know here.

    Kind regards,
    Nastia
