    Yes. From the plugin’s screenshots description:

    You can optionally choose not to crosspost individual WordPress posts from the Tumblr Crosspostr custom post editing box.

    You can choose, on a post-by-post basis, which posts to send to Tumblr. Your selection is saved so when you return to edit a post, Tumblr Crosspostr will not try to send a post you’ve previously told it to ignore to Tumblr until you change that setting.
