Crowdfunding-Commission?

I have yet to install this but have an idea of how I want to use this plugin but have a quick question.

By hosting and creating a company that does fund raising like kickstarter etc. Is there a way to charge a fee so that I can make money?

Or is this plugin just a free plugin for users to use?
