    Hello, everyone,

    I would like if anyone could help me with the following, I was able to create products for the crowdfunding extension but unable to effect any payment after adding to cart with any of the WooCommerce payment methods, both with the free and paid payment version. All the orders (prices) turned into zero after picking a payment method. I would like to know how I can solve this issue. Please.

    Have you set any prices for these products? If so, how – is your product a regular or variation product? Do you use Product Addons to allow them to set their own price, etc?

    Hi, very sorry for the delay.
    Yes, I set prices for the products.
    Some are regular and others are in variation product.
    I used Product Addons to allow customers to set their own price in some products.

    The real issue is that even when selected one single product to cart if I get to the checkout page the product which e.g. was 17.00 € turned 00.00 €. On this note, can’t purchase any product. I will appreciate if anyone can help me.

    Could you try enabling “Recalculate Cart Totals” option in “General” module?

    Hello, I have searched for Recalculate Cart Totals option in “General” module and I couldn’t find such?

    I searched under all these labels: DASHBOARD |PRICES & CURRENCIES |BUTTON & PRICE LABELS |PRODUCTS |CART & CHECKOUT |PAYMENT GATEWAYS |SHIPPING & ORDERS |PDF INVOICING & PACKING SLIPS |EMAILS & MISC. and couldn’t find such and also, under wowcomerce general settings and no such. Please, can you inform me under those labels I could find the Recalculate Cart Totals? Thank you

    Recalculate Cart Totals is the first option in the Advanced Options section in General module, or the 5th option between all sections in this module settings page. General module is in the EMAILS & MISC. group.

    Thank you @rokasjan I enabled it but the problem persists. Note, if I deactivate booster it works. At the checkout page, the price(s) are there but as soon as
    Check payments
    Cash on delivery
    Or any payment method is chosen
    It all goes to zero, 0.00 amount. Just in case, the related plugins I use are WCFM and myCRED. The Booster plugin is good for my need, I would like to know if there are setups which I need to set? Again, Thank you.

    Okay, I decided to trace the issue by deactivating the options one by one and then find the issue which was the Gateways Currency Converter Module Options. I enabled within the setting, the Advanced: Fix “Chosen Payment Method” and the problem was solved.
    One can equally choose to set the exchange rate of each or of the needed payment method, it will solve the problem too. Again, thank you @rokasjan
