• Hi – anytime I use a Reusable Block in the widget area, it throws in CRP – even if the widget has nothing to do with posts.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Is that the widget with the free-shipping? Can you explain to me how you set that up so I can recreate this as clearly some check is failing.

To confirm, the related information and products section below this image is not intended and incorrect?

@ajay, on a page, I created a “cover block” and then made it reusable. Using the “Reusable Blocks Extended” plugin, I am able to pull a reusable block into a widget area (using the new block widget editor). For some reason, any reusable block I pull in, also attaches my CRP setup. They are already in the main column, I don’t want them in the sidebar. I didn’t put them in the sidebar. They go away if I remove the Reusable Block widget.

Thanks. This makes sense to me.

One question on usage. The current Widgets system in WordPress allows you to use your blocks directly in the widget area without a plugin.

If you add your cover block to the widget area without Reusable Blocks Extended does it still create the issue?

No – it’s just the Reusable Block.

You can also add the cover block directly instead of using the plugin in the new WordPress installs. Were you able to try that?

I’ll also test the Reusable Block plugin as I think it pulls the_content which is causing the plugin to add the posts as a check likely passes when it should fail.
