Just kidding…it’s not extra CSS. It’s extra paragraphs and line breaks.

I’m using a page builder. I assume it automatically disables wpautop, while Device Mockups *enables* this feature.

    Thoughts?

    Hey Jason,

Have a link I can take a look? The update should actually re-prioritize wpautop to prevent auto formatting inside shortcodes.

    Thanks,
    Justin

The plugin is currently activated, but no shortcodes appear on the page as of right now (the mockups do appear fine when they’re placed, though, and they look great).

Is my plugin adding extra p and br tags even when it’s not being used?

Yep. That’s the issue. The extra characters disappear on deactivation.

    Hey Jason,

Just pushed an update that includes what we worked on last night. I also fixed some issues where the styles weren’t enqueuing if the shortcodes were being used in widgets.

    Thanks for all the help!

    Justin,

You’re a boss. Thanks for staying up late and squashing this bug. Mockups works with Beaver Builder like a champ, now. See the proof in the hero section here: https://wpgenius.com (desktop only).

    Awesome ??

Nice to see how people are using the plugin. Looks great with it hidden like that.
