I have tried to remove the width and height values in the plugin option and I get good size (18 px) but when I want to increase there are only the width changing, not the height

in this following file in your theme

there is a property

.header_right_widget a img{
   height: 18px;
}

just remove it, and it will work fine.

or

in this file
https://perselec.com/wp-content/plugins/easy-social-icons/css/cnss.css

ul.cnss-social-icon li a img
{
  height: auto;
}

add height: auto;

and i try to add : height: auto; in the css class ul.cnss-social-icon li a img

but you did not add height: auto; to ul.cnss-social-icon li a img this property.

you just add this code not need to modify this file
