.css and other files

  • Hi,

    PLEASE HELP ??
    I am working on a website for a nonprofit. I have been given all the files to upload a theme among other files. I have a .css file an index, comments, everything. Can anyone PLEASE give me directions on how to move the files into the default theme.

    what I tried.
    I first renamed the style.css file in the default theme to style1.css and then named my .css file style.css when I ftp it into the default theme file it disappears and the website doesn’t change. I know I need the image file but I cannot find any directions that seem to make any sense what so ever. If I can just have someone give me a start or show me where to look that would be great. Thanks in advance.

    I am happy to help you, but I don’t quite understand what you want to do. If you have all of the files for creating a new theme, why are you wanting to move them into the default theme?
