CSS Breaks initially while loading

    Hello there,

    Under CSS options, I have ticked all the following settings

    • Optimize CSS Code?
    • Aggregate CSS-files?
    • Also aggregate inline CSS?
    • Generate data: URIs for images?
    • Eliminate render-blocking CSS?

    The design CSS breaks for a few seconds before the actual site loads. It is not smooth!
