CSS bug in IE11 on 2-column pricing table layout

I’m seeing a bug here where the pricing table cells overlap on IE11 only:
https://urbanhippiechiropractic.com/pricing/Looks like this might be IE11 not playing nice with CSS grid, but as this plugin is in use on a ton of sites, I wanted to bring it to your attention.
Any thoughts?
