    most of the time for the CSS is “waiting”, due to the fact that the file is not on Cloudflare’s CDN yet, so if you re-test (from the same location) the file will be on Cloudflare’s CDN and the waiting time will be a lot lower.

    Other optimizations; most important one would be finding a way to get the “time to first byte” down, which again Cloudflare is slowing down (long wait) because they (by default) don’t cache the HTML. Using CF’s page rules could help a lot there.
