CSS code not working

Half-way down my page:
https://www.beyourowndetective.com/detective-blog/news/be-your-own-detective/ my table cell inside the red border immediately above the “Step 2 Enter Email Address” is not working.

This table cell should have a red background with white letters, no text wrap and be much shorter.
