CSS Conflicts with Admin list table filters

    Your CSS is loading in all the pages in the backend and it has select tag CSS that is making conflict with all the select tags in the backend.

    Kindly wrap all of your CSS within ID #contact-form-editor and please enqueue your CSS by matching the screen if of the contact form edit page.
