    Hi,

    thanks for giving the information to css the agent. are there any other possibilities we can use to style the agent further? beside the #watsonconv-floating-box ?
    how about the background? how can we style the background window. please dont say that we are all doomed with this grey background….:(

    if you look at the chatbots available for wordpress you see quickly that they all look pretty fresh, modern and clean. the only exception is watson, which looks like coming out of the 80s. but it would be not a problem if we could change that.

    so such a fantastic product like watson, but the last meter, the output which the user looks, looks horrible….sorry but i think it is really weird. for a coder it would be just some minutes to give more styling options in the plugin…

    Hello @fyb4242.
    You can change the background color by setting a new one for #message-container.
    For example, the following block overrides the background color of the chat:

    #message-container {
     background-color: #a1020c;
}
