CSS Doesn’t Carry Over Through Transition?

I have been styling my form for a little over 2 hours now but cannot figure out why certain elements are not styling correctly. Everything works perfectly for the first step, but as soon as the transition kicks in to move the second step has no styling. Although the classes have been set properly. It’s like the css does not have enough of time to load or something. Has anyone ever dealt with this sort of thing?
