CSS doesn’t work

Hi,

I just installed WordPress and it’s not working very well.. It’s not loading the CSS file..
If you look at the HTML source, it’s looking for https://www.aniche.com.br?step=2/wp-content/themes/default/style.css

Why this ?step=2 ?
