CSS FAILS TO LOAD

Hello. The plugin is great but i’m facing a small issue that i can’t solve.
Only with Google Chrome, when i open the website the first time, the CSS of this plugin doesn’t get loaded. when i refresh with F5 or browse through website pages, the things get fixed. can’t understand why. Mozilla, Explorer, Edge, Safari and other Mobile Browsers seem all to be OK. Do you think it’s just a local cache issue? Thank you in advance.

Hello, sorry for the delayed response, WordPress does not send email alerts when new support messages are posted.
It sounds to me to be a cache issue, a few months ago Chrome made an update which made their caching system harder to clear, but I have not experienced this issue myself, though I have had other caching issues, I use Chrome exclusively myself.
