CSS Files not getting generated and header not functioning

Hi,
I am using Astra Pro and godaddy managed wordpress hosting.

I am facing a unique problem here.The css files are not loading and the links on my header are not working. This issue persists only on mobile phones and can come randomnly on desktops as well but a quick refresh solves the issue for desktop, but doesnt do that for mobile phones.

Also the links on the header only get broken not on other sections of the page.In mobile only the homepage seems to be suffering from this issue and that also randomly.

I already had a chat with Astra support and they have suggested that there might be an issue with the caching plugin – setting. I tried to remove frontend.min.css files from being compressed but it keeps showing that they are already compressed so ijust turned the combine option to off.
Any guidance would be helpful.
