CSS Footer, can't figure it out

    Hey Guys, I’m trying to change the footer css link colour for this website: https://soulsistercreations.octosquiddesign.com/

    After giving up I deleted all traces of the footer from the footer.php, yet it’s STILL THERE and I can’t find any other traces of it.

    I’m using the Balita e-commerce theme, here is the footer.php file.
