CSS for From Designer not working

  • After upgrading to word press 4.1 and upgrading this plugin to 3.1.6, it appears that the CSS that “styles” forms created in Form Designer is no longer working. It was just fine before the update, not not correct at all.

    I can send screen shots, if that will assist in the de-bugging process.

    Please advise soonest. This is in a live site.
