    The plugin doesn’t output any CSS so it is styled by the theme. The HTML is almost an exact duplicate of the Genesis Featured Post widget, so your CSS from any Genesis child theme should work perfectly for it.

    To achieve this effect look at some of the other themes that do this, like the portfolio template from Lifestyle 2.0

    I am sorry I might not have explained myself properly. I would like it in a row, like:
    1 | 2 | 3
    and not
    1
    2
    3

    I am not sure how I would accomplish this with CSS, or if i is possible.

    Yes, it is possible. The plugin doesn’t do anything with CSS though, so that is part of the theme. Look at how it is done on one of the child themes that already does this, like the portfolio page for Lifestyle 2.0
