CSS for item hover

    Hello,
    Apologies for this basic question but I haven’t been able to solve it. I just want to change the background color and link color when you hover over an item. I can’t figure out the correct way to do that. Screenshot here

    If anyone would be so kind as to paste the css and where to add it I’d be very grateful. This plugin is awesome!
