CSS for non admins

but administrators are also logged in. they must see those divs.

? yes, but all other logged in users must not see those divs…

What you are trying to do is really easy. Just wrap the content you want to hide from non-admins in the following conditional tag:

if( current_user_can('activate_plugins') ){
    // Your sensitive content goes here.
}

Or maybe you can use a plugin like this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/content-hider/

can I define a specific stylesheet for different roles? that would be easier than the solution above. but thanks for the advice anyway.
