css ? – getting images to scootch up (i’m sure that is a technical term!)

    This occurs on the pages and posts, not the home page:

    I have sliced up a box, top, middle, bottom.
    The mid section can grow to fit text. the the bottom section is supposed to meet up to the middle. But when the page first comes up, the bottom section is way below the middle section. If I refresh, it “scootches up”

    Any ideas on what I need to do to keep that bottom up! lol
